Follow the instructions provided in the (generated) README:
#1 - Install dependencies
$ virtualenv env
$ source env/bin/activate
$ pip3 install -r requirements.txt
#2 - Set up environment
$ export FLASK_APP=run.py
$ export FLASK_ENV=development
#3 - Start the application
$ flask run
